ARRANGEMENT OF BENEFITS

Our Agency currently provides care on a fee-for-service basis. Generally, the patients are covered by their health insurance policies, and/or state/federal entitlement programs. In circumstances when the patient is not eligible for assistance through these programs, only then are the patients billed for services provided.
